With only 30 million options, this won't be too much dilution on existing shareholders. Additionally if people exercise at 7c this will provide welcome additional capital without having to raise money at a discount.

I'm not sure who 'they' are who don't these exercised however;

If management think the share price is going to go above 7c they'll be exercising won't they...

If any large holder with options wants to pick up an additional large stake without pushing the shareprice up the options are a good way to go.
