They have all the tech experience they need at the moment with Tipsly and Zeta onboard. What they have is governance issues which they are starting to address with this latest appointment and obviously more to come. And with the latest appointment it indicates that they will trade again like so many down rampers have suggested they wont. So I would class that as positive.
