    Very solid stock, thought I would do a quick trade when it spiked up 2 weeks ago. Looked for a retracement, and it hasnt come. Has been some very solid buying. So the bugger part is had to buy back at the same price i sold.

    Low PE, high dividend construction stock. Also started leveraging itself to child care market for greater growth. Good defensive stock imo. Check the chart.
