Last time I LOOKED ...No Real Estate Agents don't have to confirm the Bona Fides of the ownership entity upon listing... no doubt would come to light in the production of a Section 32.... BUT if DomaCom Fund is buying... you have got to ask Acqua perfonda, Who owns what ..,what is Cedar selling...and to whom . Austagri IMO is whom in this transaction, seemingly not the owner.... and Acqua how come you know so much... do you have insider knowledge or work for Domacom or both.... Announcements are noticeable by there absence... Cant be that hard, just make an announcement or is this , just going on and on and on. (IMO) ....
