The process starts with what they refer to as the chiefs court, in the chief court landowners or potential landowners have a chance to prove their claims to disputed lands....from the chiefs court (if it makes it beyond that) you then have local court then high court.

c) What Is Too Stop BLA From Making A Customary Land Claim Over San Jorge????
Matters regarding landowners already addressed by judge brown and ruled against (for isabel anyways) for us we have and are dealing with customary land owners who are undisputed for San Jorge.

Remeber Smm could never progress beyond a LOI, where as we did, A SAA is obviously the next step, as for what does ot hold....well without it you can not access the tenement nor progress to a PL and/or ML....
Further abs importantly it can not be acquired without landowner and gov consent.
