People will come out of all kind of wood work, trying to put a claim down, now this might be all a load of nonscence, but as the court of appeal stated, the process of finding and proving up the legal owners ect has to follow a proper proceedure.
Yes I do believe Smm will be involved in the back scenes and they will be helping anyone and everyone that might have a claim, and any one that comes forward will be put in the courts and appealed their worth of who is legal or not......
If anyone thinks Smm are just going to sit this out and not indirectly interfere to stop axiom from mining this land are IMHO very much mistaken...
These landowners now are making a noise, what next????
