We need to face some hard realities. We have not much cash in the scheme of things (even after the 5 mil -which was at a very low placement for a reason).

We DO NOT want to be spending another 5 years in litigation (could not).

We have Isabel traditional owners who are apparently not prepared to come on board directly.

We have no idea if there will be claims made on San Jorge -this is also potentially up in the air after the CoA decision. (I have no information regarding this ...and we wouldn't know until someone makes a claim and says the original process was flawed I guess).

We are backed into in a corner which also happens to be on the edge of a precipice.

I think we need to recognise our real situation and get on with the job of being producers not eternal litigants.

I hope I'm wrong and someone explains to me why or RM releases an announcement saying its all a bad dream.
