I've been playing when I have had teh time.
It looks like they have some issues with their Production Azure instance in their tenancy and security surrounding it.
Having had the same problems recently when moving from test to Prod, I feel for them..
It's all normal folks, most places would not have a rabid bunch of users waiting at the gates.....
