I still think a public private partnership will work for Oak port however, I wouldn't be surprised if GBG and Sino get together for this one and build the lot considering there is 30Mt plus for 30 years KML will provide plus whatever else GBG have on their land plus Sino's Mt Weld plus .....whatever else the Chinese can get their hands on!! Just a Thought?
