    A huge opportunity lost allowing MMX/Mitsubishi exclusive rights as they tried to make a profit centre out of port and rail and so chinese gave them the finger.

    If it was a shared piece of infrastructure for all stakeholders on a user pay basis had a much better chance of getting up and running.
