Recent announcements by HAS are advising of minimizing exposure to risk. Smart move.
Reduce spending on risky investments, and get the risky/speculative operators to pay for the
dirt they dig up (if ever), to be processed by HAS, or ship 100's of kilometers away.
Sure, there is rare earths in the ground, but it has to be processed. Twiggy knows that.
