you should see the new estates being prepped in sydney...
for a place where "they don't make new land (anymore)" there are so many developments (so big that you cant see from one end to another) that it beggars belief...
and eastern creek is just one of them, others are in doonside, minchinbury, penrith...some newly named areas where boral brickworks used to be...these ones, that i've seen today are all in the 'west'...
and we are already in slight oversupply !
and while all that is happening, on the other hand, it seems as if there is too many people relying on constant construction...trade boys are complaining that there is less and less work...hourly/daily rates have been droping for a while
