hi tammyc.
a number of years ago i joined a company where i could trade using there black box set up. (a robot)
at the end of day (equities) i would download the latest information off there website and install the information onto my computer.
i paper traded for some 4 weeks, made good profits on paper, so i started trading real time, after 3 or 4 weeks my profit was about $4000 (aud), yes i was happy with the program but in the process i was learning nothing. then one day i went onto the company website only to find they went out of business and into liquidation.
profit $4000 cost of program $9000.
for me there is no black box, i went out and found a great mentor. my job how is to mimic my mentor and enjoy the journey.
