ROC is one oiler that I think has a bright future - with Cliffhead to come on stream down the track & its West African oil interests (not to mention a raft of other exploration activities) this one appeals to me.
By 2006 .... revenues from production should increase expotentially making its PE ratio very attractive.
Added to this is the wildcard of further exploration success.
Compared to others it has relatively few shares on issue --- HRD has +3 times more shares on issue than ROC.
One to buy now and 'unwrap' in Xmas 2006 for a pleasant surprise ... if you have the patience.
