Scoop, NFL has built the factory. The feedstock isn't coming yet.

The feedstock arrangement with GEM Biofuels Plc is not looking the greatest. GEM announced today that they are about 20% behind in their planting schedule as announced in their listing document. When they listed in Oct 2007 they announced the intention to have planted about 53k hectares by about Feb 2008 but so far have only planted 43k hectares.

First deliveries of jatropha oil is due in early 2009.
