I dont think the bricks are meant as a service they are offering, judging by the theme of that video they're just demonstrating the possibilities and standard building practices that can be achieved with a HX built structure, for example, demonstrating the fitment of lintels, windows, doors, roof, plaster, gyprock as well as brick cladding (i assume) etc.
Still no routing for services though..
