I think you are on the money towie ..with the reins held tight you have little chance of seeing 10% here ..i think you will see a reasonably flat property market in Aus accross the board ..basically moving sideways .
But movements at the moment have been okey ..the building end here will see very very competitive , keen pricing right now ..many of them are hurting .
