I wouldnt be too concerned about the Victorian market , all the indicators are solid , everything is selling quite well , prices are not over the top ..I expect a period of stability to be maintained .
Lot of heat has come out of NSW ..could correct a little more .Queensland is just being Queensland .
Stable market .. dont see any major interest rate spikes ..all will be fine , but yes the builders will be fighting for work .
