    So feasible to be funded in initial scope from cash on hand post option conversion?

    What about the availability of required equipment to proceed?
    I recall comment a couple of years ago that the units they were using to tunnel sections of Eastlink (Melbourne) would have been suitable but they could be on other side of the world by now.
