Good on the Rm for making the living conditions like a tropical island feel, with hut style accommodation. I'm sure that the reason the hut term was used because that is what is displayed on the Axiom website, pictures of progress. Huts being built on the assumption that we will, or have won the court case. To me this has shown true confidence from the RM that we will defiantly win the court battle. Some people will say but it is cheap as chips to build. I say that the RM has no brownie points to earn anymore as it is up to judge Brown only now to what happens. So with the RM has nothing to prove and that's why I see a lot of confidence from the Axiom camp in building a future after we take out the court case. Why else would he bother. I am 100% confident of a win and have put my money where my mouth is and still feel really sorry for all these people that have sold at these low prices. I think we will see an announcement, along with a trading halt in the coming weeks and everyone will be paying premium prices trying to get back. Be careful following the trend at the moment when the volume has been so low. I have said it before and will say it again that anything under 40 million isn't anything to be concerned about with AVQ. Im a bit confused as to how building a camp at the gold site in Guadalcanal has anything to do with confidence over the SMM nickle court case? If you were to try and read anything out of this then maybe you could say it could be a negative readying contingency plans?
