As always whenever EQR does another one of their crappy deals only benefiting the predatory Oaktree and screwing retail investors the shareholders come on the Almonty chatboard to vent their frustrations by saying "Almonty bad".
2.5% of gross receipts that's tough. The company is hanging on by a thread and the board needs to constantly make these kinds of deals just to stay alive. . . Another crappy day to be an EQR shareholder.
