@Rameez; one of my brothers-in-law was a high quality, wider margin and successful builder until he retired about decade ago.

Etched in his memory is how one of his customers REFUSED to pay at all after their works were finished - he was a multi-millionaires and well-connected to the legal profession.

Aka Murdoch and some Coalition MPs that customer even threatened to sue for defamation if he named them.

Since he couldn't afford to fight that multi-millionaire through our court system he had little choice but to grin and bear it.
