as a few imported items have gone up substanially since last shipments
ie, before Xmas, around Nov, I could pick up 90x19mm hardwood decking for $3.50 lm....same stuff now $6-7.
so yes locally, no to imports generally...thats good imo overall.
never been a better time to renovate than now in the last 8 years at 5%
