hey thanks for the feedback. I came up with these numbers on my own.
Me and my dad will be doing the building so no one is getting ripped here, we will simply pay for what we use in materials/ labour hire.
I just made a budget and if you think ive overestimated some things thats great for me as I dont want to spend over 200k.
