35 k and 12k for earth works and cut fill - too dear. Easily do it yourself.
Under 100m3 to be shifted use a small loader such as a Schaefer / dingo or Kanga.
If more dirt use a excavator or loader. 120/hr for a 12t straight axle 6 wheeler - need truck license.
Save heaps.
Concrete - 25m x 15m 375m2 or about 70m3. Work off a 32 MPa rating say 300 inc delivery per m3 with 25mm granite or more if moisture issues.
Say 20k there plus a laborer to level/ laser.
Remember to split the pads up for shrink/ expansion. Plastic etc/ water. Quite deer.
I would save by preparing the site.
