Any attempt at capping would be blown to bits if there was an announcement that RWD was in talks re off-take agreement ..... let alone an actual agreement.
With India moving to sew up future phosphate supplies (Legend) it is impossible to believe that thy are not looking to do the same with potash etc
If the likes of Westfarmers etc don't move soon, Australia may still be importing 100% of potash requirement even after RWD is in production
