Ive used byojet quiet a few times now price has always won.. One of the main problems for me is lack of detail in flight infomation once booking made

I need to go to checkmytrip.com enter the res number and name to get more accrurate information
eg ( terminal numbers etc). Considering some airports have 6 terminals and you need buses or trains to get to them if your dropped at the wrong one its a real hassle

Personally It doesnt bother me but Im emotionally connect to the company but for the everyday person it might annoy them enough to not use them again
