So how much of this 1.8 is owed to DVI and what is the lag time ?
I imagine that with apartments it could be two years or even longer because the sale would happen now being depoist only ( OFF Plan) then they need to build the actual apartements then have full settlement. As all commisons are based on full settlement i would believe
We have spent alot of time talking about BYO jet now maybe we should start talking about IBN in more depth as well
