i'd appreciate some feedback. a couple of friends have just asked me to assemble a couple of modular houses on blocks of land they've recently purchased down south west Australia. i am not registered as a building contractor. generally speaking, is the only way i could take on this job by doing so? they have suggested they will register as owner builders if thats what it takes for me to take on the job.
