Makinghmoneystill thanks for the info and yes I would appreciate the article when u find it. I agree with u on the bricks n mortar but they both want minimal environmental impact and the modular approach seems the best way to go to achieve that.
I'm looking into getting a builders licence for WA but not sure I'd qualify in my current position.
