I have made millions subdividing and building in those suburbs and was modestly retired at 37 with no skills or education (born and bred there),
I got destroyed by illegal activities from ex and Judges in Family Court WA (like many others), and not all I have left, but what little I got from those properties went into POS and I see AF, DS, Board doing F All, saying everything not their fault and blaming others.
I would not run a public Co like that, probably why I dont
