b) Insurance premiums on timber houses in the hurricane region, including Florida, have gone stupid in the last year...cheaper to build a more solid structure.
As proof of this, CRH the biggest competitor in the region has just announced it intends to build a 1.2 mill tonne pa cement factory, to replace the cement it currently imports from its European operations...I'd say thats a big thumbs up for S.E. USA, the construction industry and Rinker.

c) Buy back happening in the next two weeks...chance of some buying between now and then.

d) The market will go higher, once it has forgotten about inflation, slow downs etc.

e) Don't listen to the bears on this chat forum...they've been calling a crash for the last 4 mths, but a crash only happens when no one expects it...ie everyone long and calling it higher.
