    I noticed in todays AFR that the recently developed building at Sydney Olympic Park has been place on the market for sale. It's 100% leased to terrific tenants (including Watpac NSW) so should sell for a tidy profit as its in a pretty hot area for commercial property. Talk around town also is that WTP have just landed a significant building contract in Sydney. Like many great stocks on the ASX, WTP is considerably under valued.
