    This doesn't feel like momentum traders to me. I'd expect newcomers here ramping the stock if that were the case. And the relatively shallow buy/sell depth would surely frighten day traders away.

    My guess is still that most of the buying is from a single buyer, probably an institution or fund. To have pushed the share price so high so fast suggests they're prepared to buy quite a bit more at current prices, so I'd be surprised to see the share price drop, except perhaps tactically. How high it will go will depend how urgent the buyer is and what valuation they place on Acrux.

    9.9 million shares have traded in the last 17 trading days, since the volume picked up on the 8th of May, so if I'm right about most of the buying being by a single purchaser, we might see a substantial shareholder notice sometime this week.

    If I'm right, this might not be a bad short-term trade, since the institutional buyer should support the current price and might push it higher. I'm way overweight now, though, so I'm not buying more!
