I am pretty sure DQ has clearly signalled an intention to stand down as CEO next June, but may stay on as a non-exec.
The incentives may take change of role into account and recognise all the good planning and work he has put in to date.
If you think about it ... Those incentive packages also vest/crystallise immediately there is a change of control (more than 50%) ... funny about that !!
