As SD mentions, while the headline number of above $300m for the tax loss is nice, the companies E/V is probably sitting around $200m.
Still the net income tax losses could be closer to $130m AUD, so the company is barely worth $70m. And that is with a plant almost in production, 2m ounces in resource, and 5 years of reserves. No hedging etc etc.
The value proposition is clear, however for now, those that I thought that would have bought it, are being patient, or looking at bigger prey.
OBM is a huge play on a higher POG. with the bonus of being valued at very little. Nice.
