In the interview, David sounded quite confident, he said they are within budget for the restart of their operations. OBM is also on time/ ahead of schedule with the open pit ore accumulation and the plant commissioning works. As for the rest of the calendar year, they are starting to move down the ore to the plant in the next couple of weeks, so if all goes well, they can start up the plant again in January. How exciting!

He did touch upon the skils shortage in Wa and Kalgoorlie too, but I think they found suitable people for the majority of their vacancies. I only saw a few positions advertised on their website, which I reckon is a good sign.

They will soon restart their regional exploration program tlo, but I assume it will only become a focus once they derisked the project and moved into BAU.

Overall, it's a very exciting story and what I heard from David was really reassuring.
