The directors are simply at the stage of building this business. As has been stated the company is profitable, wait until this half years results!

Pretty much it isn't exactly the directors fault of the SP decline in the past 2 months. And you couldn't exactly say that 'real' or 'big' money has left the company that has deserved such a large decline! the main shareholders who know the story and where its going continue to hold...

With the settlement extended on the new aquisitions, its comforting to know that the settlements were announced to be coming soon. i would say that they have been delayed due to state govt approvals in getting a transfer license. (this has held up previous acquisitions)

I do also enjoy watching this company grow and the next few years should prove very profitable with very able directors!
