I see little to shift the price around ahead of FY results due ~14 September.
The second half (ex-Xmas) is usually the weaker profit, though after last year's awful festive season, it may be higher.
If MYR reinstates the dividend, at say 2c, the army of divvy-hunters out there looking for yield will suddenly find it attractive. MYR has minimal debt (correct setting for retail in troubled times) so can easily afford it.
Or John King may take a swipe at the $468m in intangibles still on the balance sheet - as he is recently appointed, he will be entitled to the benefit of the doubt.
Solomon Lew can gnash is teeth all he likes - or bid for the business.
