I'm not casting judgement either way, just clarifying a point. What was the price at the time they received them? Sure they hope to return to that value. I bought and sold all the way from 20c to 90c but only managed to break even in the end (my bad), just saying that holding free shares isn't the same as holding paid shares. I'd love to see TON make a comeback and am waiting to get back in when I can. Like Mulder in the X-Files, I still believe.
