3: That the Directors be authorised to make placements of up to two hundred million (200,000,000)
ordinary fully paid shares in the capital of the company at a price of five (5) cents each or at a price of
not less than 80% of the average market price and to grant up to two hundred million (200,000,000)
options to subscribe for ordinary fully paid shares exercisable not later than five years from date of
issue at an exercise price of not less than eight (8) cents each, within three months from the date of this
meeting, to such persons, companies and institutions as the Directors may determine, other than related parties as defined in the Corporations Act".The resolution was carried on a show of ands.
