    Can't add or detract from the thrust of your post.

    In the past optimisim and expectations have run ahead of reality.

    Now days a more conserative "reality" has set in.

    However did post that those buying at 38 cents were on a great bargain.

    Price dropped to low 30's after that.

    Which led to the suggestion that at those prices bargain was absolute.

    Present price - mid 40's?

    Great value given a 6/9 months time frame.
