What Is Happy Valley Nutrition's Debt?
At December 2022 Happy Valley Nutrition had debt of NZ$21.2m, up from NZ$18.1m in one year.
However, it does have NZ$959.9k in cash offsetting this, leading to net debt of about NZ$20.2m

All they have done is buy a farm,
Get plans and permits and lay a slab.
Yes that costs
But 2 years later no movement and still taking high salaries, can they be charged with theft???
Or do we have to settle for name calling and just calling them *&@#$
