Agree with @bevter. People always seem to think it somehow helps a company achieve fair value. My experience says it does nothing of the sort and most companies fall post consolidation. And if it is tied into something value accretive than what's the needs to consol anyway? AZS is wee bit of a cherry pick don't you think.
