There will be up days and down days, but I think something has changed for AVB today. Some of the news today was probably expected, but perhaps some wasn't and it was confirmation of action, which can be as important as action itself.

There was also no word of any delays, or issues, or such, so it should be well received, as it clearly seems to have been judging by the support returning.
