I'm probably missing the meat of this arguement but having posted on many threads here and on other forums, I know- as we all should- that posters share tips they read in newsletters (subscription based or not) all the time. Case in point for me would be The Speculator. I don't re-post his articles verbatim as that would be copyright infringement but passing on to others companies he has mentioned is not illegal.
Like I said I may be missing something here but the gyst of this thread was a bit strange if you're a seasoned poster yeah...?
