In the Mascot Towers case, I'm happy EdenCrete wasn't used. I remember reading that the building sunk substantially and unevenly, so I suspect that the cracks would have occurred regardless of the concrete mixture. But I'd certainly be very happy if it were used to prevent less major cracking in better-engineered buildings.
