Yep, I think it's turned.
The downwards price action from last year's peak at 58c in September has taken the form of a bullish Flag formation (on my logarithmic-scale chart). DYL hit the bottom of this Flag in early June and we've had a 10%+ bounce from there, with more short-term topside likely imo.
Bigger picture I'm still looking for confirmation of a huge Inverse Head and Shoulders formation (it started forming in 2013). We had a false break from this formation earlier this year. Disappointing, but it happens.
However, the Inverse Head and Shoulders formation is still very much in play imo. The neckline is currently around 53c and I'd be watching for a break above 58c to confirm the breakout is the real deal.
Good news on the SPP today btw - sounds like we'll all get what we applied for.
