How encouraging was yesterdays annoucement of a new unlisted trust.If you can believe the papers CMW got the development at the right price and with Energex taking 93% on a lomg term lease it must be a winner for CMW and us
I continue to be impressed with the management of this company and its buisness model and unless the whole world goes pearshaped IMHO this company will come through the GFC with flying colours
