I hope it is BUL taking over SGL rather than SGL as SGL doesnt, from the press, seem to be able to get its act together due to management issues.
I would have thought that AGL would have been a likely contender not just for BUL, but for the CSG sector in general given its problem of no gas reserves and its relaiance on STO to supply.
